Well I had previously mentioned adding another rug to the basement for comfort, and had originally thought I wanted a neutral jute rug.
There are too many pictures to peruse in blog and pinterest land, let me tell you.
A good suggestion from my lovely friend spawned a hectic Persian rug search and finally, good old Ebay pulls through. My UPS man really appreciated having to lug this 65lb rug into my house for me.
I think the 3 antique rugs brings together the comfy vintagnous vibe I am going for.
love how the rug and the green velvet chairs go together.
taking the Christmas tree down left a barren lack of twinkle lights, so I put up a branch with twinkly lights over the wine press to quench that urge.
