The air was definitely turning to the cooler this past weekend and we made some major progress in finishing our garage space for the show. Walls are finished and lights are all up. We hauled all of the furniture back into the space so I can move in my stock room to do some inventory of all the smalls that are up to thigh level from being piled with no particular thought to order.
Since I don't have any photos of the show space to share yet, I thought I would give you a looksey into our upstairs fall decor. We keep it simpler upstairs and mostly change out some linens and change the shells to other nature items.
Enjoy!
i stood upstairs staring at this hallway thinking about ways to change the position of this table and refresh the area. i moved the table over to the side and switched the chair over. i carried the urn and base up from our basement (wow that was a workout) as we needed the space for a new project down there. i think the layout worked out quite nicely.
in case you didn't notice in the previous photo. we also changed out the ceiling lights up here. the lights we had before did not really suit our style and the one hung kind of low which meant Trev whacked his head off of it when not paying attention.
we found these large green industrial lights at the flea market for 20 bucks. deal alert.
i love them and think they work great in our space.
from this view you can just get a glimpse of our green buffet in the dining room downstairs
a smaller kilim pillow for this chair from the same etsy store as the ones in the living room
a white pumpkin in a cloche and pinecones. nothing says cooler temps like pinecones.
Have a great start to your week everyone,
Meg
