  • Time for a little spring walk about in the shop

We have way past officially been closed, more than open this year. As we approach the half way point to the year, it's a great time to share some photos of the space that I call a second home and to sneak in some photos of what it looks like all steady and silent waiting to hear the doorbell ring...
  • Pillows for inside and out.

As we patiently await the changing of the seasons and all that brings, piles and piles of pillows have unleashed themselves into the store. We even had a fun contest on instagram to see how everyone's "jelly bean" counting skills could add up guessing the amount of pillows that are hanging out at...
  • The mud DIY sweeping the home decor set.

My goodness. When was the last time I had a DIY post on here. It's been a hot minute that's for sure. There's a story behind this DIY like any good blog post should start. First, let's review my musts for a DIY. A good DIY means it costs significantly less than the original. It does not take ye...
  • New pillows......Give us all the pillows

My finished-ness with being cooped up inside and a whole mess of new product arriving to start the nex...
  • The fresh start collection of pillows

And while in reality we knew that wouldn't be the case, it was a nice thing to think about. With the end of the holiday season and the cleaning that goes hand in hand with that, a fresh start on ...

Blogging Since 2015

This blog is written by Meg and includes tales of the renovations/ decor changes of her home and the shop she owns in Fonthill, Ontario. It goes back many years, much before the shop was born. It is like one of those stacking dolls. It started with a couple of kids buying their forever home. It snowballed into renovations, which turned into garage shows and then a store. If you are new here, welcome! We are glad you stopped by.
