This pillow cover is made from an authentic vintage postal sack from France. This fabric spent many years in service before being retired and being repurposed into French history for your sofa
The fabric is mated on the back with our green Humphrey fabric for moody timeless appeal
There are 2 "styles" of pillows which you will see in the photos. One has a "7" underneath the text and the other has an almost bird like symbol which is the their "brand"
This part sits on the couch so isn’t a hugely noticeable detail but it is the part that distinguishes the two styles.
Pattern placement varies slightly between each pillow as the printing of these sacks was never perfect and is truly an authentic piece you will love. The fabric is hardwearing and washable to keep it amazing for years to come.
PILLOW COVER BASICS
FABRIC CONTENT: 100% vintage front, Humphrey fabric back
COLOURS: back fabric; green
Slight variations in printed pattern are expected due to the vintage nature and some age staining is present and is not considered a flaw. Please take note of this prior to purchase.

PLEASE READ: Our pillow covers are made to fit standard inserts.
For example: A 20" cover is made for a 20" insert. The cover will not be 20" x 20".
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
WASH: cold water handwash or spot clean (not with full strength detergent on back)
DRY: hang to dry
IRON: high heat
Please do not use full strength detergent or stain removers on dry fabric. Cleaning of any sort (spot or machine) should be done with a solution of mild detergent such as Tide®, Woolite® or Dawn® dishwashing liquid.
USEFUL INFORMATION
1. Pillows are proudly made in the Oliver and Rust studio to fit standard size inserts.
SIZE INDICATED IS THE INSERT YOU REQUIRE, NOT THE SIZE OF THE COVER.
2. Finishing details of all pillows include zipper closure along the bottom, overlocked seams, reinforced corners.
3. Fabrics are tested in house for washability. If your listing states dryclean, you should NOT attempt washing at home.
4. This pillow is made of vintage material. The bag was thoroughly cleaned and prepped before being turned into pillows. Each pillow may very slightly in tone and texture as is the nature of vintage fabric. Please look carefully at the photos
