Vintage Brass Ship Candle.

A solid brass candleholder with a sway mechanism that would have made it keep candlelight steady on a swaying ship.

Fits a standard taper candle and is in as found condition.

Please note the mechanism is held with two flat head screws that would require some tightening to make it “burn” steady proof again. It goes without saying but we are saying it, this vintage item should not be left unattended while burning.
