These rugs come from leftover scraps gathered from the floors of apparel manufacturers. Sorted by color and bound into bales, the preserved pieces of remnant fabric are carried to the countryside where they are cut by hand into ribboned strands, and readied for a second life.

These incredibly resourceful pieces are machine washable and the larger sizes can be used for so much more than just rugs—use them as beach and picnic blankets, layering on beds, or a heavy throw on furniture—just to name a few.
